Jared has over 18 years’ experience in retained, contingency, and contract recruiting. Prior to Searchforce he has held key positions with Sherwin-Williams, Management Recruiters International, and is a Military Veteran. He was a 1998, 1999 & 2000 Pacesetter award winner with Management Recruiters, and has earned the distinguished title of Top Billing Manager at Searchforce five years in a row. Under Jared's leadership, the team at Searchforce LLC has been consistently recognized as one of the top Supply Chain/Logistics Recruiting companies in the country. Jared is an avid audiobook consumer, enthusiastic carnivore, lifter of heavy iron, sipper and connoisseur of various ancient distilled and fermented libations. In his almost non-existent free time, Jared does things that only cat lovers would understand, but since his wife and two daughters love cats, too, it’s not weird. Also, he has one dog.
Elliot brings over 8 years of combined experience in business development and full life cycle recruiting. Prior to joining Searchforce, Elliot spent time as a business development specialist with TalentSolvers, LLC in Phoenix, AZ, and was a founding member of Search For Logistics in Indianapolis. He was the top producing logistics recruiter during his stint at both companies. Now leading the brokerage division for Searchforce, Elliot was recognized with the Top Biller Award for 2016. When he is not sourcing top supply chain and logistics talent, Elliot enjoys spending his free time cycling, golf, weight-training, karaoke, and reading. He resides in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana with his pet Chihuahua, Maggie.
Geno is no stranger to assessing top individuals in both the international and domestic transportation realm. He has been in logistics recruitment for over five years, and strives for improvement each and every day. While working with Searchforce, Geno has doubled his efforts, gaining valuable business insight and market knowledge. He provides profitable assistance throughout the new-hire process, and works nonstop to provide top-level candidates.
